I am joining the 3rd Mindanao Bloggers Summit in Cagayan de Oro City this October 24, 2009
Wow! I am very much excited because it is the month of October. And I am joining the 3rd Mindanao Bloggers Summit in Cagayan de Oro City this coming October 24, 2009. Cagayan de Oro Bloggers have been very much eager on hosting this event (talaga lang ha!) 
I remembered my first ever post with their insights and comments on this blog when I said “CDO Bloggers, copycats”. Well, I admit and should be thankful to them because without them, Mindanao Bloggers Summit will not be held here in Cagayan de Oro City.
What makes me excited is that I am going to meet and greet my blogging idols Aileen Apollo and Janet Toral to name a few. There are lots of blog that I read and like. In fact I have them in my Google Reader to keep me updated. Those blogs are the reason why I named this blog “Awatiro”. I am proud to say that I am ‘Awatiro‘ , the second rate trying hard blogger. But then I do not consider myself as a blogger because I blog not very often. I attend events and take photos but then I can’t post them here immediately. Too bad ;(
Meanwhile, I have read the 3rd Mindanao Bloggers Summit program and it excites me more. Blog Advertising and Make Money Online will be tackled during the event. Wow!, I am starting to imagine a paycheck now $$$$$ whew!!! My registration fee will be a little investment to a bigger opportunities then. I should not worry about it because I can get it back. I think I will have a good time bonding with other bloggers. Yeah, bonding moments with them and I will make “kulit” questions by then to know their blogging secrets and how to be a better blogger. I’m hoping tips and tricks would slip from their tongues ehehehehehehe 
I am torn between White Water Rafting or The City Tour in Cagayan de Oro package tours bundled with the registration of the event. I haven’t tried the river adventure but then the City Tour will be a lot more fun to mingle with other bloggers. Sigh!, ahhhmmmm. Halp! pleys! Halp!
In fairness, CDO Bloggers managed to list and posted almost all of the places to stay in CDO. This would be a big help to those participants to book their hotels easier. If ever you need help in choosing your accommodations, drop me an email at awatiro[@]gmail.com. I might suggest other cheap and nice places.

SM City Cagayan de Oro will be having the free wifi launch on October 18, 2009 starting 2pm onwards at the Atrium, Ground Floor. SM shoppers will get a free wifi access mallwide without password requirement.
CDO Bloggers are invited for a get-together and meet-up with other cyber enthusiasts on this day. This event will allow the attendees to do live blog in the mall with ease and comfort.
Exciting gift items will be given away as prizes for the best blogger in town. Details of the mechanics of the contest will be announced on the day of the event.
Aside from the bloggers, the members of the elderly committee or senior citizens are invited for an internet tutorial by the IT team of STI.
