Opol Bridge Collapsed

The Opol Bridge connecting Cagayan de Oro and Iligan City is no longer of used. District Engineer of Misamis Oriental desclared that this bridge will soon collapse. As 5:00pm of January 12, 2009, an alternate bridge, which was also destroyed by the flash flood, were reconstructed temporarily and served as the alternate route for the vehicles. More photos below…
