Last night, I had a chance to dine with my friends. I told them that we try out Bigby’s Cafe and Restaurant along Rosario Strip, Limketkai Center since most of us haven’t eaten there yet. They agreed (kay sweldo man sad) and so Awatiro was there! (Hmmmmp, bisan nag pa libre ra jud kay)
That was the first time I went to Bigby’s cafe and restaurant. I was amazed with the interior design and the various collection they hanged on the wall. There were a lot of framed collection such an old camera, a boomerang, a wine labels, a pair of slippers with the “ITALIA” mark on it, a masks, and a lot more. The ceiling have lampshades covered with old magazines. The staff were so nice, accomodating and very much friendly. You can always see a smile on their faces.
And then we ordered.
What do we have for dinner? We have chicken in a basket. Of course, it’s chicken inside the basket cooked deep fried. We also had a fisherman’s catch which consist of all seafood cooked differently like Calamares, fish fillet, shimp and I forgot the other one. (Gutom naman gud ko ato
) We also had what they call Belly Buster. A grilled pork belly with breaded onion rings. Hey wait, I can’t explain further. I am not a food blogger I admit. My point is nag awat-awat ra ko og dine sa Bigby’s. What really boosted my apetite was the Rock-a-bye Baby. I don’t know why they call it Baby or Rock-a-bye. It tasted like a beef and it was really yummy. I’m pretty sure it was a roasted baby back ribs garnished with buttered veggies.
I will NOT be posting more photos for you to find out and taste it yourself. For me, it’s a two thumbs up dinner and I was really full. You guys out there if ever you come here in Cagayan de Oro City, Bigby’s Cafe and Restaurant is my top of the list suggestion where to dine.
